Professional Training Series - offered to behavioral health clinicians interested in brief, intensive training on Multidimensional Change Model (MCM) to improve assessment, enhance therapeutic relationship, effective methodologies to conceptualize individual's difficulties and organize treatment. Incorporating MCM in private practice results in the profitability and clinician satisfaction associated with better patient outcomes. The training involves five 90 minute didactic sessions focusing on achieving the following objectives:
- Utilize MCM to socialize individuals to the process of change, and use of MCM to conceptualizing an individual's problems
- Utilize MCM web-based assessments to enhance the clinical interview and facilitate therapeutic relationship
- Incorporate MCM with motivational counseling, maximize observational skills and questions to facilitate individual progression through Stages of Change
- Utilize MCM web-based treatment planning to organize treatment, incorporate sequential goals to increase change momentum and uses of emotional re-examination techniques
- Utilize MTM web-based reports to access private practices treatment outcomes
Dual Diagnosis Seminar/Consultations - offered to private and public sector behavioral health providers interested in becoming more familiar with innovative, user-friendly, effective treatment for Dual Diagnosis populations (approximately 40-80% of individuals receiving behavioral health treatment). Services include half and full day training, program evaluation, and outcome management consultation. Use of an agency demographic form allows for quick familiarization and the basis for customizing seminar/consultation to meet the agency's objectives.
